Worldwide Appreciation For Aaranya Kaandam

Director Thiagarajan Kumararaja’s gangster flick Aaranya Kaandam was released last year. Though it had a lukewarm response at the box office, it is winning many awards and accolades.

It has now been chosen for the audience award at the London Indian Film Festival. A happy producer S P Charan said, ‘I feel humbled and delighted at the honor though I wish the film had done well in theatres here and that audiences here had liked it as much as those in the U.S. and the U.K’. ’Aaranya Kaandam will feature in the Copenhagen Film Festival and the East End Film Festival in London.’
