This is one of the most important events of this year for a film made by Bala that too within short span of time is something really more off a surprisal. Bala’s ‘Avan Ivan’ had the audio launched yesterday in style. Unlike some of the previous productions of AGS Entertainments, with which the producers had spent big amount just for the sake of grand audio launches have maintained a low profile here.
Everything happened because of Arya
So we have Bala’s ‘Avan Ivan’ that is ready for release. Any guesses on how this project happened? It’s all because of one and only Arya. It was Arya, who referred his close friend Vishal (they are residing in the same area and have been close for around 15 years) and he made it happen by getting the right producers – AGS Entertainments. It was a moment to relish as Bala showered his praises on him.
Bala – For the first time
Be it his debut directorial ‘Sethu’, ‘Nandha’ or any other movies, none of the films were made with an easy going with the producers. Every time, the producers would get involved in production phase, but for the first time, he never had any problems with his producers. He ardently thanks the Kalpathi producers for being so kind and allowing him to experiment on his creative abilities.
Headaches, Aspirins, Lens
Much more than Arya, it was Vishal, who really struggled a lot and had a backbreaking pressure. Since he plays the role of a squint-eyed youngster, he had to strain himself by having a special lens. He used to suffer a lot with excessive headache, nausea, insomnia. But everything seems to have faded away.
2 months for each song
While Venkat Prabhu and others get a song from Yuvan Shankar Raja at the minimum of one hour, here seems to be a big surprise. Yuvan Shankar Raja opened up saying that director Bala gave him ultimate freedom by allowing him to work on each song for couple of months. The final result however has been stupendous now. But Yuvan Shankar Raja admits that much more than the songs, it will be background score that will splendidly superb.
Equal to Sivaji Ganeshan
While Arya and Vishal have made their best efforts, there is another actor, who is sure to offer us a stunning treat. He is none other than G.M. Kumar. Director Bala while speaking about him as mentioned that he has done a job almost near to Sivaji Ganeshan.
I am proud of my son
So said director Balu Mahendra, who always rejoices in the success of his mentor. The filmmaker said that he is very much enthralled over the kind of films that Bala makes. In turn, Bala said that he is here because of Balu Mahendra and expressed his wholehearted thanks to him.
