Star-casts: Aadharva, Vedika, Dhanshika
Direction: Bala
Music: G.V Prakashkumar
Production: Bala
Lyrics: Vairamuthu
1. Avatha Paiya
Singers: Yasin, Vandana Srinivasan
Lyrics:Vairamuthu
The flute will take you somewhere deep inside your memories. Vandana Srinivasan Voice was so sharp and crisp. The different musical instrument that was handled by G.V is a very different attempt. Yasin did equally good job with his vocal. The melody will steal your heart for sure. The flute composition was professionally well played. This song has done its maximum glory to our ears and by watching with visuals in big screens this song will be a great master piece.
2. Sengaade
Singers: Madhu Balakrishnan, Pragathi Guruprasad
Lyrics: Vairamuthu
One of the longest song in the album. Madhu Balakrishnan with his usual style had sung this song. A good- bye song for one’s native place. The visuals will play the biggest impact for this song because it describes the people who leave their own place to work far away. The music slows at times which could be a drag to hear this song for repeated times. Pragathi done a pleasant humming and chorus parts. Vairamuthu lyrics are sharp and it does make us to think a lot.
3. Or Mirugam
Singers: V.V Prasanna, Pragathi Guruprasad
Lyrics:Vairamuthu
Pragathi Guruprasad , the girl’s highlighted vocal will be the talk of the town from this song. V.V Prasanna vocal flows with soft and hard mixtures of tones. He have done a good job but pragathi fulfilled the song’s essence to its best. G.V impressed this time too but the music can be heard repeatedly from all Bala film’s is just one drawback of this song. Once again Vairamuthu penned the lyrics with his own sword.
4. Thannai Thaane
Singers: ‘Gaana’ Bala
Lyrics:Vairamuthu
A gaana song by Gaana bala. He will take his lead from here on into the industry for a bright future. The tempo for this song was given with old Tamil instruments by G.V is classic and will surely make the audience to entertain themselves for their feet movements. The Halleluiah Halleluiah might be weird but with the music it does entertain too. The song comes with a religion background which is a little serious issue nowadays. Just need to wait and watch the visuals for a clear prediction.
5. Senneer Thana
Singers: Gangai Amaran, Priya Himesh
Lyrics:Vairamuthu
Starts with the theme music and followed by Gangai Amaran smooth voice. Vairamuthu will be widely appreciated for his lyrics for the entire album. This song will also be a sad song and the visuals can be easily guessed as Bala going to show some tragedy and sorrow which one could expect from his all movies. The music composition synced perfect with Gangai Amaran voice. Priya Himesh high pitch vocal is hard but she done a decent job too. Overall , this song will be a highlighted one for the heart killing visuals by Bala.
Verdict: A Different approach of a Non-commercial Musical Journey by G.V Prakashkumar with Powerful Variamuthu Lyrics.
