With a trenchant mark over his production venture, Udhayanidhi Stalin has been ennobled as the young promising producer of Tamil film industry. While this journey has been successful, Udhayanidhi Stalin shows up with a new avatar as an actor. Well, it wasn’t an easy deal for Udhayanidhi Stalin for he had undergone lots of toilsome moments over getting the right expressions in places.
But the producer-turned-actor was showered with high praises during the audio launch that happened recently at Sathyam Cinemas in Chennai.
The team that gave tremendous comedy entertainers like Siva Manasula Sakthi and Boss Engira Baskaran is now back with yet another treat of the same genre. The first look teaser was aired along with 7aam Arivu and recently during the audio launch, the full-length trailer was released that created huge sensation.
Udhayanidhi Stalin plays the role of an ordinary youngster, who falls in love with a beautiful girl Meera. It has been central theme in every movie of Rajesh.
After many heroines refusing the offer, finally Hansika Motwani was reported of getting the offer. Santhanam as reported by the sources will be another hero of this film. Rajesh makes it a point of getting best actors for the protagonist’s mother role. It was Oorvasi in Siva Manasula Sakthi and Lakshmi Ramakrishnan in Boss Engira Baskaran. Now, Saranya Ponvannan picks up the offer as she says, ‘I have played mother’s role for almost all the young actors and now Udhayanidhi Stalin has become my son.’
While Yuvan Shankar Raja gave couple of hits together with Rajesh, Harris Jayaraj has replaced him for the musical score in this movie.
Couple of songs Kadhal Oru Butterfly and fast-beat Gana song Venam Macha have become sensational hits while other songs are bounded to mediocrity.
The audio launch was supposed to be held before a long time, but was postponed due to Harris Jayaraj’s involvement with various projects and world tour. While almost everything is complete with post production works, the music director is yet to start his rerecording.
Udhayanidhi Stalin is planning to release the film on March 30.
