1. Kaal Mulaitha Poove
Singers: Javed Ali & Mahalakshmi Iyer
Lyrics: Madhan Karky

It is based on middle Mexican rhythms but the song is totally a peppy mixture of Mexican standards the song has drums, piano which has unique sounds. Harris attempted to fasten the lyrics and brings up a melody feat later on which has some good quality in it. The ‘la ra la’ single chorus part of Mahalakshmi Iyer will give you some energy.

2. Naani Koni Rani
Singers: Vijay Prakash, Karthik & Shreya Ghoshal
Lyrics: Viveka

Yet another soft number where you have the refrain’ Naani Koni Rani’ repeating from song two with slightly altered lyrics and pace. It seems there might be a visual continuation treat from K.V Anand. A well beaten beats and the piano mixed with a flute comes to ears in a good way which is soft and melodious. But would be doubted to hear it for repeated times.

3. Rettai Kadhire Idho
Singers: Krish, Balaji, Mili & Sharmila
Lyrics:Na.Muthukumar

First appreciation goes to the lyricist Na. Muthukumar who has penned it in a decent way where we can imagine about the twin surya’s character into this whole film. Have some English version into it. But after all as usual a Harris jayaraj from ‘KO’ doing the same beats and melody effect for hero’s fame.

4. Theeye Theeye Ra
Singers: Aalaap Raju & Charulatha Mani
Lyrics:Pa. Vijay

Seems like a hot one from the voice of Charulatha Mani. Can be expected for a fast dance with romantic moves in visuals. Harris always have the usual beat versions for all the songs in Maatran and comes the chorus part in the same manner from his previous movies. A normal pre heard musical version from Harris and nothing Bigger. The raangini raangini will have in lips hummed for sometimes.

5. Yaaro Yaaro Naan
Singers: Karthik & Priya Himesh
Lyrics:Thamarai

The one sad song for the numbers in the film. Express the feelings of one surya towards another one and have the second feelings towards heroine. A separation expressed lyrics penned by thamarai is worth full but the music didn’t matched perfect to say it outnumbered from the list. A melody once again in a sad way. Appreciation for Priya Himesh for her chorus part.

Verdict: Twins equipped with average Melodies.
