Kareena Kapoor To Reprise Anushka Shetty’s Character?

Anushka Shetty has proven herself time and again that she is a matchless performer. This has led to ever thriving success of Anushka in Tollywood and Kollywood.

‘Arundhathi’ is one of the most interesting films done by Anushka and it has turned out as one of the highest grossing Telugu films in past few years. This movie has surely elevated the range of Anushka’s career to greater heights.

From a long time, there were talks of remaking this film in Hindi also. The names of Katrina Kaif and Rani Mukherjee were on. Finally, Kareena Kapoor is selected for reprising the role of Anushka’s Arundhathi in the Hindi version.

Sonu Sood will be villain in the Hindi version too. Kareena Kapoor has been performing quite a few women-centric films. This Hindi remake is touted to be more refined, costlier and grand than the original version.

Kareena Kapoor was surely very impressed by Anushka’s performance as Arundhathi and has expressed her wish to act in the Hindi remake of it.

It is to be mentioned that, Gemini Film Circuit has bagged the Hindi remake rights of this ‘Arundhathi’.
