Kannadasan Grandson Way To Go Debut

Veteran lyricist Kannadasan’s grandson Aadhav is making his debut as actor with ‘Ponmaalai Pozhudhu’. Directed by A C Durai, the movie is said to be complete and ready for release. Gayathri plays the leading lady. The others in the cast are Kishore, Arul Dass, Anupama Kumar and Srirenjini. Music is by Sathya.

About the movie, Aadhav, said it is the story about a father and son. ‘All the artistes and technicians in the film are talented and I am the only one who is a starter. I think I will live up to everyone’s expectations,’ he was quoted as saying.

Meanwhile the director said, ‘I wrote the story for ‘Sillunu Oru Kadhal’ and this is my directorial debut. There are lots of love stories but ‘Ponmaalai Pozhudhu’ is sure to catch the eye of the film buffs. Youngsters will feel it is their story and the elderly people will also feel the same,’ he pointed out.
