Housefull – 2 Copycat Of Bandha Paramasivam

It looks like Sajid Khan is vigorously looking into South Indian movies for remake. Before couple of years, it was Housefull that created terrible problem for producer Sajid Nandiadwala. He had lifted the entire theme from Kamal Hassan-Prabhu Deva starrer Kadhala Kadhala with few modifications in the script.

Now the recent release Housefull 2 had a grand opening and it paved way for the Hindi critics to give good reviews as a backlash to the Tamil film industry that the script is original and is done with excellence.

But what is shocking is the fact Housefull 2 is a remake of average grosser movie Banda Paramasivam.

Though the Tamil film didn’t do well in box office and earned mixed reviews, Sajid Nandiadwala has managed to remake the film with ensemble star-casts of Akshay Kumar, John Abraham, Ritesh Deshmukh, Asin, Jacqueline Fernandez, Zarine Khan, Shazahn Padamsee and Shreyas Talpade. It also features veteran actors such as Mithun Chakraborty, Randhir Kapoor, Rishi Kapoor and Boman Irani in supporting roles.
