Exclusive: Dhanush doesn’t want to commit Rajnikanth’s mistake

Looks like Dhanush doesn’t want to repeat the flaw of his father-in-law Rajnikanth. Remember ‘Kuselan’. Being a remake of Malayalam movie ‘Katha Parayum Pol’, the film had Pasupathy playing the lead character while Rajnikanth appeared in a cameo role (quite extended). But the makers of film including producer K. Balachandar and director P. Vasu started publicizing that Rajnikanth is making full-fledged appearance in the movie, which turned out to be the biggest hurdle for making as it failed everyone’s expectations.

Now Dhanush is making his extended cameo appearance in Subramaniam Siva’s ‘Seedan’. The film features newcomer Kishore and Ananya of ‘Nadodigal’ fame in lead roles. Dhanush plays the role with some surprise and suspense involved over it.

He’ll appear from the intermission point and will be playing crucial role in second half. Speaking to the media channels, the actor made it clear that
his fans needn’t expect a lot from him as he plays just a cameo and Kishore is the main hero.
