Actress Sukanya Turns A Mother In Chandra

Actress Sukanya, who dons the role of an actor , and all parts of technical aspects in tamil cinema from actress to a TV host is now returns back after a long time.

She is ready to face the lights for the bilingual film Chandra, in the role of Ganesh Venkatraman’s mother. She plays a queen immersed in the modern value system.

On choosing Sukanya for the role, director Roopa Iyer says “I was waiting for an actress with regal looks. The character belongs to a royal family yet adapts to modern day values which fits Sukanya. Shriya Saran plays the lead role of Chandra.
